Dexys to headline Sunday at 2013's Stockton Weekender
UK chart toppers Dexys, formerly Dexys Midnight Runners, top Sunday’s bill of Stockton Weekender.
Best known for their number 1 hits Come On Eileen and Geno, Dexys made a highly anticipated return to the music scene in 2012 with their fourth studio album, and a newly shortened name. The album, One Day I’m Going To Soar, saw the band return to their former glory and was listed on countless Best Album of 2012 lists. We can't wait to get them down to the Riverside!
Primal Scream confirmed for Stockton Weekender 2013
We are delighted to announce that Primal Scream will headline Saturday night at this years Stockton Weekender. The band come to us with a new album in tow and all their anthems including Loaded, Moving On Up, Come Together, Country Girl and Rocks.

The Chapman Family to host Weekender warm up...
We're delighted to announce that The Chapman Family will present a very special Weekender warm-up show on Friday 26 July at The Georgian Theatre, Stockton. The ferocious five piece will transform the gothic surroundings of the Georgian into a 1930s Berlin Cabaret Bar - so wear your finest burlesque style get up! The band will be joined by By Toutatis, Council Tax Band and some other special guests. It's FREE entry to all so get down early!!
Razmataz Lorry Excitement confirmed for Official After Show Party
We're delighted to confirm that electro-rock beat slinger Razmataz Lorry Excitement (as heard on 6Music and championed by Lauren Laverne) will headline an incredibly intimate Weekender After Show Party in the 60-capacity Green Room. Entry will be free to wristband holders, and £3 to this without.

Line ups revealed for Main Stage and Vela Stage
The remaining acts set to play the outdoor stages at Stockton Weekender have been revealed. Among the acts announced are Sparrow & The Workshop, Hey Sholay, Weird Shapes, Collectors Club, B>E>A>K and The Jar Family.
Two more acts are still be confirmed for Saturday's Main Stage and further acts will be announced for the newly named Wunderbar Tent and The Georgian Theatre.
Official After Show Party line up revealed...
Award winning hip-hop artist Clement Marfo has been confirmed to headline The Kids Are Solid Gold’s (TKASG) annual official Stockton Weekender After Show Party at The Georgian Theatre on Saturday 27 July.
CONFIRMED: James Skelly & The Intenders - Sun 28 July
The Coral frontman heads to Stockton Weekender on Sunday 28 July with his stomping new material. As part of the Liverpool band, Skelly is partly responsible for some of the most respected and acclaimed music of the 21st century.
You can expect a few Coral hits amongst his new rattling pop tracks, but it’s pop in that classic bluesy bar room brawl kind of way.

The self-proclaimed 'Sound of Young Sunderland' these boys have pop flowing through their veins, you just have to listen to one of their perky playful tunes to hear it.
